1-year Limited Warranty

 

If for any reason your RP product isn’t performing to the high standard we ensure, RP will be happy to repair or replace it for a period of 12 months after purchase.  Please follow these steps to assure that your RP product is properly and promptly fixed.

 

·         A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Please email Customer Service before returning any goods to obtain this number.  Customer Service may be reached at info@rp-realplay.com

 

·         Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return shipment.

 

·         Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping box.

Upon receiving your product, we will determine the best solution to your problem. In some cases we will repair your product, and in others, replacement is the best option. Either way, the highest quality RP product will be returned to you.

 

 

Please note that our warranty policy only covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship. The following are exclusions to the warranty coverage:

 

Normal wear and tear of your product

Any Cosmetic blemishes

Abuse or neglect of product due to consumer misuse

Previous repairs to the product by a 3rd party

Modification to a product after initial shipment from RP
