What's your delivery charge?

All prices are inclusive of delivery.

Do you have a printed brochure?

We constantly offer new stock and promotional offers, so printing a brochure is impractical.  The savings are passed on to you as the consumer.

Do you have a Sales Rep?

We do have a UK Sales team who’s priority is to set up accounts with PGA Professionals, Driving Ranges, Golf Courses, Independent Retailers or anyone else they see fit to stock and distribute RP Products. Please use the Contact Us section or email info@rp-realplay.com to arrange appointments  or for any other enquiries.

How long does it take to deliver?

For most products, orders placed before midday will be allocated the same day. Standard delivery will be 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday) for the UK mainland. Add 2 or 3 days if the destination is not mainland UK. Exceptions will have details in the product description.  You can also track your orders via our website.

When do you deliver and how?

Monday to Friday, during business hours 9-5:30. All deliveries are by a National Courier Service and will require a signature.

Can I return the product if I don’t like it?

Yes, providing it's in the same condition as you received it. Please be aware that no delivery or return costs can be reimbursed and returns have to be authorised first. Returns requests can be made online by using the contact us section – Check warranty information for further details.

What happens if the goods are damaged on receipt?

All damages must be reported upon delivery. If the goods cannot be inspected on delivery, you must sign for as 'UNCHECKED'. You must contact us immediately to report any damages. If you want to return goods they must be returned in the original packaging. You are entitled to exchange or full refund but if you have not signed for the goods as 'UNCHECKED' no refund will be given.
 
Do you have a cancellation policy?
 
You are able to cancel your order prior to it being shipped, if you do not cancel in sufficient time and the product has already been shipped then you must follow the normal returns proceedure
